    Cut-out tables allow children to participate in group activities and mealtimes in either seated or standing positions.

    They are also designed to support children requiring the use of additional specialist equipment such as supportive seating and standing frames.

    Tables can be raised or lowered.

    Things to consider

    • Educators should consider how the cut-out tables will be used within the care environment to maximise children’s participation in the program and to facilitate peer interaction
